This research is motivated by the moral decadence of students related to various forms juvenile delinquency such as fights between students, rampant cases bullying, low levels honesty, decreased ethics in attitudes and characteristics identity implement norms values of Pancasila. approach a qualitative with case study method. Data collection techniques used are observation, interviews, documentation. The results this indicate that planning strengthening character education realizing student profiles carried out school has shown quality because it been stated RKS, Implementation not maximized work programs, Supervision for Pancasila make activities Intra Curricular extracurricular medium build culture all educational schools, Evaluation two stages, namely short-term evaluation long-term evaluation, Barriers profile consist internal external obstacles, solutions have implemented they able maximize standards improvement.
